PROMOS
PROMO 1+1 : Clinic + 1 free hygienist. Any dentist (not postgraduate or SEPES JR) may register 1 hygienist or assistant for free to the day of Auxiliary and hygienists.
PROMO 1+50% technician: Clinician + technician with 50% discount at the rate that corresponds to the registration date.

DELEGATE REGISTRATION TERMS
The bookings must be made only through the electronic form that you will find on this web page. Fill in the fields that are requested and you will receive a message confirming your pre-registration.
The registration will not be confirmed until we receive the payment before the end of the period indicated for each rate.
The finalization of the registration period will be on SEPTEMBER 30 (included). All those who want to register later must do so (quitar directly) at the Congress venue.

Bank transfer on behalf of Meet & Forum. It is essential that you send us a copy of the transfer by e-mail to congresosepes@meetandforum.com indicating in the Subject SEPES + name and surname of the person registered.

* Payment must be received within a maximum period of 10 days from the pre-registration. Otherwise, the registration will be cancelled.

FULL CONGRESS FEE
- Attendance at all scientific sessions, assistants and hygienists and laboratory technicians sessions.
- Option to Register for Industry workshops. The workshops have limited places.
- Coffee Breaks.
- Lunch Saturday October 10, Sunday October 11.
- Cocktail 50th anniversary Saturday 10.
AUXILIARY AND HYGIENIST COURSE
- If you register with this rate you can only attend the specific sessions indicated in the program on Monday, October 12.
- You cannot register for the Industry workshops.
- Coffee Breakes.
PAYMENT TERMS
All registrations completed before June 30 must be paid within that period. If after 7 days have elapsed since the completion of the reduced rate (June 30), the payment has not been formalized, the delegate must pay the amount indicated in the following rate.
Any pending difference must be settled before September 30. Otherwise, it will be necessary to pay the outstanding amount upon arrival at the venue, waiting to verify the payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations or changes of name must be sent in writing and with acknowledgment of receipt to the Technical Secretary of the congress by e-mail: congresosepes@meetandforum.com
Until August 1st, 2020 Cancellations received before that date will be entitled to a 100% refund. 35,00 Euro of management expenses will be applied.
Until September 11, 2020 Cancellations received before this date will be entitled to a refund of 75% of the registration fee as SEPES members, and 50% for the rest of the registration fees. 35,00 Euros of management expenses will be applied.
Cancellations received after this date (September 12, 2020) or non-attendance will not be entitled to a refund.
The reimbursement of cancelled services, if applicable, will be made once the congress ends.
CHANGES OF NAME
Up to 09/30/2020, you can make changes on the name of the registration without cancellation fees; as long as it is reported in writing to the Technical Secretariat. After that date, the name change will not be possible.
INVOICING
MEET & FORUM Congresses will invoice the bookings with 21% VAT included in accordance with the current VAT regulations.
You can claim any change in the invoice of the congress until 11/20/2020. After that date, no changes will be made to the invoices.
MORE INFORMATION
Official language: The official language of the congress is Spanish.
Accreditations and Security: For greater security, it is essential to wear your badge in a visible place throughout the Congress. In the same way, it is obligatory to present the corresponding tickets when requested.
Attendance Certificate: All delegates will receive a certificate of attendance.
Sale of products: It is strictly forbidden to sell products within the congress area to any person or company that, even if registered to the congress, doesn’t have a contract signed with SEPES. The organization reserves the right of admission in these cases and the person will be expelled without the right to refund any fee.
