Technician at 50%

Clinician (not postgraduate or SEPES Jr) + 1 technician at 50% of the corresponding rate. If the technician is a SEPES member, this promotion will be applied to the current rates as of April 20.

For group registration of 11 people, 1 will be free.

The inscriptions must be managed only through the electronic form that you will find on this web page. Fill in the fields that are requested and you will receive a message confirming your pre-registration.
The registration will not be confirmed until we receive the payment of the same before the end of the period indicated for each rate.
The finalization of the registration period will be on SEPTIEMBRE 30 (included). All those who want to register later must do so directly at the Congress venue.

All completed registrations must formalize the payment within a maximum period of 7 days from the end of the reduced rate. If the payment has not been formalized within that period, the registrant must pay the amount indicated in the following fee tranche.
Any pending difference must be settled before September 30. Otherwise, It will be necessary to pay the pending amount upon arrival at the venue.

All cancellations or changes of name must be sent in writing to the Technical Secretary of the congress by e-mail: congresos@meetandforum.com
Until 07/01/2022. Cancellations received before that date will be entitled to a 100% refund. 35,00 Euro of management expenses will be applied.
Until 09/05/2022 Cancellations received before this date will be entitled to a refund of 75% to SEPES members and 50% to the rest, minus €35 as management fees.
Cancellations received after this date 09/06/2022 Non-attendance will not be entitled to a refund.
The reimbursement of cancelled services, if applicable, will be made once the congress ends.

Until 09/30/2022, the name of the registration can be changed without cancellation fees as long as the Secretariat is informed in writing. After that date, name change will not be possible.

MEET & FORUM Congresses will invoice the inscriptions with 21% VAT included in accordance with the current VAT regulations.
You can claim any change in the invoice of the congress until 11/20/22. After that date, no changes will be made to the invoices.

SEPES Congress: The official language of the congress is Spanish. There will be sessions with simultaneous translation.
Accreditations and Security: For greater security, it is essential to carry the accreditation in a visible place throughout the Congress. In the same way, it is obligatory to present the corresponding tickets in the acts that are required.

Attendance Certificate: All delegates will receive a certificate of attendance.
Sale of products: The sale of products within the congress venue to any person or company that, even if they are registered for the congress, does not have a signed contract with SEPES is strictly prohibited. The organization reserves the right of admission in these cases and the person will be expelled without the right to a refund of any fee.
